Commercial Strip-Out
Refurbishment starts with a clean shell. We strip suspended ceilings, partitions, floors, services and shop fronts back to the structural frame, leaving a surveyed, ready-to-fit space. Where the unit stays trading or occupied, we phase the works and keep the site contained.
